Borough Secretary - The administration of Mount Oliver Borough is supervised by the Borough Secretary, Kathy Connolly, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the Borough.  Borough Council is comprised of the following committees to provide policy and direction for all Borough businesses:  public works, finance, risk management, light/water/cable television, public safety, economic development, recreation, health and sanitation, traffic, administration and computer. These committees are chaired by members of Council and staffed by Council members and officials of the Borough. (Click Here)

Administrative Staff - Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  We are located at 150 Brownsville Road, PA 15210-2165  (Click Here) for directions.

The Mount Oliver Police Department is under the direction of the Police Chief. The Chief is supported by eleven full-time and two part-time officers to complement the force. (Click Here)

Mount Oliver Borough Volunteer Fire Department Station 199 has over 35 active volunteer members.

Mount Oliver Borough Ambulance calls are answered by the City of Pittsburgh EMS.

All residents are encouraged to subscribe to our ambulance plan.  The fee is $25.00 per family per year, ending every December 31st.  The plan covers unlimited transports within Allegheny County, even visitors to your home.  (Click Here)

The Mount Oliver Street Department is responsible for the physical condition of the Borough.  This includes maintenance of the roads, public parks, storm sewers and all Borough owned property. (Click Here)
